Redhead’s Next Ride: Master Plan Now Live

From Pit to Progress: Redhead’s Vision Takes Shape

Building the future - one berm at a time… LITERALLY. The newly released Redhead Master Plan lays out bold plans to expand the park into a 3,000+ acre adventure destination with up to 75 miles of purpose-built singletrack, more trailheads, and fresh amenities that’ll take your ride (or hike) to the next level. Here’s a peek at what’s coming:

🚲 50–75 miles of trails with new flow, gravity, jump, and adaptive-access options
🧭 Improved wayfinding and permanent signage throughout the system
🔥 Paved pump track, skills areas, and dirt jump zones
🛶 Dedicated hiking-only trails and elevated bridges over jaw-dropping views
🏕️ Expanded camping at the St. Louis County Fairgrounds and Bruce Mine Headframe Park & Trailhead
🚿 Upgraded amenities including bike wash, water station, ebike charging and more
🛒 Downtown Chisholm trail connections for ride-in/ride-out access to food and shops
🏁 More races and events thanks to top-tier infrastructure and new trailhead features

Redhead’s ultimate goal? Become an IMBA Ride Center and host 100K+ visitors/year. And it’s all happening right here, in the Iron Range’s red rock canyon.
